Position summary
assist in monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, including resolution and follow-up. Support management and leadership in handling and resolving human resources issues. Ensure all hiring and recruitment processes comply with applicable laws and company policies. Inform hr management of employee relations issues. Respond to questions and concerns regarding company policies and programs. Disseminate information about employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies. Maintain accurate employee records and files. Assist with logistics and scheduling of annual employee surveys. Handle phone calls and messages.
assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Follow safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Greet and acknowledge guests per company standards. Communicate professionally and answer phones appropriately. Develop positive relationships with colleagues and support team goals. Use computers and pos systems for work-related information. Lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Perform other duties as assigned.
preferred qualifications
* high school diploma or g.e.d.
* at least 1 year of related work experience.
* at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
