Job description: provide integral administrativesupport to the evp, representing and liaising with business unitleaders, employees and external partners, facilitatingcommunication and management of the evp's various issues andprojects, ensuring, in coordination with the ceo's office, theproper alignment and execution of the objectives assigned to theevp, promoting and following up on the improvement of processesthat facilitate information and control of the areas.
manage theagenda and logistical support for travel.
develop and maintain areaoperating budgets and reports, ensuring that departmental financialgoals are met and overruns are not exceeded.
coordinate corporatevisits and events such as business unit meetings, conventions andteam building events.
what are your responsibilities?
- fulladministrative support to the operations evp.
- assist in thepreparation of the area's annual budget and monitor expenditure ona monthly basis.
- negotiate with suppliers on matters relating tothe activities of the evp and his team.
- organization of corporateevents.
- support in the administrative processes and participationin the committees.
what are we looking for?
- 3-5 years' experiencein areas related to the role.
- english language proficiency.
-knowledge of financial information and budgeting.
- strongcommunication skills, problem solving, process improvement,teamwork.
- ability to analyse and perform tasks simultaneously.
-experience with microsoft office products and applications.
