job responsibilities
* design, direct, execute, and control activities and plans of the area.
* meet established production standards.
* perform roles such as lpas, gembas, tpm, safety checklists, standard work, and star points.
* address and resolve incidents to maintain a stable work environment.
* ensure workstations are safe, clean, and standards-compliant.
* maintain systems like data collector cabinets, computers, printers, and screens.
* manage payroll incidents in systems.
* ensure production is reported accurately in trans4m and production reports; control inventories, consumptions, and boms.
* report equipment and tooling failures.
* verify personnel readiness and equipment/tools for production.
qualifications
* degree in industrial engineering, mechanical, mechatronics, or similar.
* english proficiency at 50% (desirable).
* 3+ years of experience, preferably as a production supervisor in the automotive industry.
