your qualifications
* bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
* recent graduate or currently in the final semester of studies.
* advanced english proficiency.
* knowledge of minitab, apqp, core tools, 8d methodology, and pdca.
* ability to interpret technical drawings and use basic measuring instruments (preferred).
your key responsibilities
* monitor and analyze customer-returned parts related to claims (0 km and warranty).
* prepare and issue reports for all analyzed parts.
* review and update plant quality indicators.
* track and/or coordinate customer-related databases.
* review and monitor customer portals.
