Roles & responsibilities
participate on determine the safety strategy, policies/practices, training compliance processes.
Administer safety programs and compliance including accident investigations, emergency action plan.
Act as liaison and prepare liaison team to interact with agencies such as public safety department and management authority.
Handler safety compliance calendar with submittals for permit applications and fees, regulatory reports.
Manage safety related vendor contracts and budget.
Provide risk assessments to managers and leaders of business operations.
Develop and maintain written safety programs, implement and training needed to meet all legal/government requirements alignment with company needs.
Conduct regular safety checks of all areas and make recommendations for improvements.
Support facilities organization in new construction, retrofit projects. Also provide contractor safety consulting support of facilities personnel.
Responsible for operating the systems closed circuit tv, and review anomalies cctv recording when requested.
Oversees and monitors the "dangerous activities" carried out on the ground.
Make patrols on the premises of the company on a regular basis to verify conditions security, order and compliance of the quality manual. Conducts investigations of incidents.
It carried out work orders of the safety area, according to the preventive maintenance program.
Responsible for the revisions and services of the transport units.
Review the log of the security guards.
Make a general tour to start and turn relays and guard tours are conducted.
Check that access to and register suppliers, visitors, etc.
Reviewing personnel access (entry and exit)
monitor the guards checked off trailers, suppliers, contractors, etc., according to manual slogans.
Perform drug testing personnel at the request of medical and production.
Orientation training support for new employees.
Responsible for control systems (high, low, badges, etc.) electrical ports.
Qualifications
bachelor’s degree in engineering area, sciences and safety discipline and a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience as a security manager in industrial maintenance, or safety management.
Cctv (closed-circuit television) strong background is mandatory
experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, preferred.
Strong background tact to explain a procedure to a internal customer (all the procedure) is mandatory
access controls systems experience is a must ( lenel system strong plus)
strong background in patrimonial security
abilities to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is consistent with state practices, policies, procedures, or government law.
Effective written and oral communication skills within a culturally diverse environment.
Excellent software skills, ms office suite a must.
Personal leadership: pro‑active in achieving the shared purpose with the client group by sharing ideas and process improvements.
Agility: ability to prioritize and smoothly manage multiple tasks.
