you are now invited to apply for the position:sr network engineerthe main responsibilities for this position will be:- provides expertise on high level implementations and supports network routers, switches, wifi, voip, security, cabling, etc.implements new building network designsprovides technical guidance to the network engineerstroubleshoot and solve complex technical problems efficientlyprovides support when necessary to assist, troubleshoot, or diagnose network issuesprovides support and scaling of ip-telephony solutionsteam leader on complex or high-volume installations.participates in special project work with other business groupsassists the application support teams with application issues when necessaryprovides weekly incident reports; prepares for and attends occasional weekly meetings for projects and statusmay distribute and coordinate tier 2 and tier 3 network operational support and ticket escalations to the engineers; serves as a liaison between the network and telecommunications team and other teams within the companyother duties as required and assignedrequirements- bachelor ´s degree completed in information technologies or relateslanguages: english (fluent)minimum 6 years of experience in a network implementation/support role.minimum ccnp certificationexperience with qos for lans and wans, intrusion detection solutions, solarwinds orion products, cisco ip-telephony, design/architectural networks, and linux/unix/apple/microsoft serverknowledge of asa firewalls, vpn, f5 ltm and gtm, routing protocols, sub-netting, osi-layered model, tcp/ip, udp, icmp, and monitoring toolssolid organizational and prioritizing skillscapable of working with limited supervisionstrong oral and written communication skills, including technical documentationteam player, customer service drivenability to effectively communicate and consult with technical and non-technical usersability to evaluate and identity cost-effective technical solutions.abilities:- team workadaptabilitycustomer serviceproactivebusiness acumenbenefits:- direct hiring by the companycompetitive benefits packagethis position works in a hybrid environmentjob location: guadalajara
