Dar soporte en los exámenes médicos de contratación, promoción y periódicos; para cubrir los requerimientos de la empresa.
Participar activamente en las campañas y programas de salud que se desarrollen durante el año: vacunación, audiometrías, detecciones de cáncer, etc.; con la finalidad de preservar la salud de los empleados.
Realizar auditorías al servicio de cafetería con la finalidad de verificar el manejo higiénico de los alimentos.
Mantener un archivo actualizado de los expedientes y bitácoras del depto. Médico con la finalidad de tener accesibilidad y disponibilidad de la información relacionada.
Generar reportes de las atenciones de enfermería con la frecuencia necesaria.

provides nursing assessment, intervention, and evaluation for routine occupational and non-occupational illness and injuries. Responsible for assessing employee's physical and mental health and making appropriate referrals as necessary to physicians and other care providers. Responsible for medical records including individual employee health records, osha logs and worker's compensation cases. Typically has responsibility for one or more special programs (e.g., blood drive, health promotion). May be responsible for making recommendations with regard to leave of absence, short-term disability, long-term disability, and workers compensation status.
