Reduction of quality issuesf. Perform and follow up to lpa processg. Ensure lpa process by auditing process and monitoring the compliance of the audits, and updating the checklisth. End product audit.i. Communicate quality issues to production line.j. Scrap and non conforming material controlk. Monitor and assurance of the spc is being used accordingly to the proceduresl. Evaluate the capability of the processes to maintain and improve the quality levelsm. Update on time the quality metricso.
