what will you be doing?
* lead the planning and purchasing of seasonal collections across key categories.
* develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and department store buyers.
* analyze sales performance and inventory levels to optimize product assortments.
* oversee purchase orders and collaborate closely with logistics, planning, and sourcing teams.
* present collections and strategy updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
* drive commercial strategies to maximize profitability and align with market trends.
what are we looking for?
* 2+ years of experience as a buyer in retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
* strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* advanced conversational english (mandatory).
* proficiency in excel and retail planning tools.
* excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* ability to lead projects and support junior team members.
