Sr. Specialist in human resources and payroll
we are looking for an experienced professional to manage our payroll processes and support core hr functions.
responsibilities:
* manage payroll processes using tress and/or sap system.
* support training and development, employee relations, and special projects as needed.
* prepare ordinary payrolls through the tress and/or sap system.
requirements:
1. knowledge of compensation and benefits.
2. preparation of ordinary payrolls through the tress and/or sap system.
3. administration of life insurance policies, major medical insurance, pantry vouchers.
4. experience in recruitment processes, training, labor relations, compensation, communication, events and management of personnel transportation, dining, surveillance and cleaning suppliers.
5. strong knowledge of federal labor law and use of internal work regulations.
6. experience in handling labor terminations and conflict resolution.
7. participation in union negotiations and management of union relations.
8. knowledge of organizational psychology applied to work climate and culture.
9. high focus on personnel management.
10. management of strategies to improve human resources indicators.
11. experience in the management of plex, people soft, tress, sap, sirce, sua and idse, canva and office systems (advanced excel).
12. knowledge in handling audits of the imss, stps, iatf 16949, iso 45001 and iso 14001, iso 9001 and vda.
13. management of imss, infonavit and infonacot procedures.
14. preparation of weekly, monthly and annual payroll closing reports.
15. payment of government obligations derived from payroll.
16. coordination of the registration and creation of payroll accounting policies.
17. management of salary tabulators and job evaluation.
18. extensive experience in sirce management. Domain of dc-a, dc-2, dc-3, dc-4 and dc-5.
19. use of operator competency certification processes through the iluo methodology and competency matrix.
20. public accountant or bachelor of administration.
21. advanced intermediate english is essential.
22. 5 years of verifiable experience in the metal mechanic or automotive industry.
23. handling different tools for the use of organizational communication.
