* provide assistance to users by updating help content in knowledge hub.
* execute assigned work including annual review certification and change requests.
* serve as a liaison to business units for work assignments, asking fact-finding questions, following up on open items, and assisting with content approval.
* conduct needs assessments and update or develop content-related solutions according to business requirements.
* research and find solutions to inquiries on help content and other open items related to business policies and changes.
* monitor work progression to ensure completion by requested due dates.

* 0-2 years of relevant experience.
* proficient in microsoft office.
* ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
