We are hiring an *order fulfillment - mid market consultant*who will be the primary business consultant between steelcase na and amq as well as other platforms.
*what you will be doing*:
- manages the assigned accounts through the order fulfillment process from receipt of order to final installation and has responsibility for customer complaint resolution.
- understands the steelcase order fulfillment value stream, and optimizes supply chain, manufacturing, and delivery efficiencies, resulting in a phenomenal customer experience.
- understands the health and well-being of the customers through performance measures and plays the role of the customer advocate to quality and manufacturing management for awareness and drives process improvement
- project management. - owns the decision making for of processes when onboarding new businesses
- proactively provide operations performance data to the stakeholders to collaborate to create actions and resolution of the problems.
- run regular and ad-hoc reporting as needed to provide business visibility.
- train and educate new team members.
- create process documentation and stand operating procedures as needed to meet channel development requirements.
- can develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to help driving sales thru and outstanding customer experience.
- accountable for customer satisfaction goals, along with the execution of strategies that support those goals.
- assist customers from answering product questions to processing transactions through product delivery and installation.

*minimum qualifications*
- bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
- 3-4 year's experience in a similar position.
