we are seeking an energetic and driven business development manager to join our growing team in the fx & cfds brokerage industry. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional with at least 1 year of experience in fx & cfds sales or business development. You will be responsible for hunting new ibs, partners, and clients, as well as expanding relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth.
key responsibilities:
* client & partner acquisition: identify and onboard new ibs, affiliates, partners, and retail clients across assigned regions.
* portfolio management: maintain and grow existing ib and client relationships through engagement and loyalty initiatives.
* achieve sales targets: meet and exceed revenue, client, and trading volume kpis.
* market research: conduct analysis to identify new opportunities and regions for growth.
* crm & pipeline management: use crm tools to manage leads and report progress.
* compliance & onboarding: ensure onboarding complies with regulations and internal standards.
* brand representation: promote the company at industry events and webinars.
* cross-functional collaboration: work with marketing, dealing, and operations teams.
qualifications:
* at least 1 year of experience in business development/sales within fx & cfds.
* understanding of trading platforms like mt4/mt5 and core fx & cfds products.
* proven track record in acquiring ibs/partners and managing portfolios.
* knowledge of partner programs, spreads, rebates, and trading promotions.
* experience with crm systems (e.g., salesforce, hubspot).
* strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
* self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
* proficiency in english is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
