Business intelligence specialist
we are seeking a highly skilled business intelligence specialist to serve as a vital link between our commercial teams, clients, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client business scenarios, be able to identify optimization opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our voice ai solutions.
key responsibilities:
* partner with sales and customer success teams to comprehend client business processes, challenges, and goals.
* conduct research and analysis on client industries and operational models.
* identify areas for improvement in existing voicebot strategies and propose enhancements.
* translate client needs into proposals and optimization strategies.
* support sales with solution design and pre-sales documentation.
* collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of proposed solutions.
* analyze performance metrics and voicebot data to derive valuable insights.
* assist in building playbooks and case studies.
requirements:
* bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
* at least 2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, customer success, or solution design.
* strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* excellent communication skills in english and spanish.
* experience working with sales/cs teams and/or directly engaging with clients.
* familiarity with contact center operations or ai/automation solutions is a plus.
* proficient in creating business reports and process documentation.
