Senior financial analyst role
the senior financial analyst is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for providing timely and accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis. As a key member of the finance team, you will act as a finance business partner to gather inputs, understand drivers, and foster action.
key responsibilities:
* forecasting and reporting: prepare revenue and expense forecasts for quarterly business reviews and month-end reporting for consumer products - americas.
* variance analysis: reconcile actuals vs prior forecast/budget/prior year and provide variance analysis to explain performance.
* business partnership: partner with commercial and fp&a business strategy teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and insights to evaluate the financial impact of potential tactical and strategic decisions.
requirements and qualifications:
* experience: at least 3-4 years' experience in forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
* skills: strong english verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in excel, and other data analysis techniques.
* credentials: bachelor's degree in finance, economy, engineering, or accounting preferred.
