We are currently looking for an hr business partner / hr manager to join a leading manufacturing company with strong growth and an international footprint.
location: tlanepantla, mexico city (plant environment)
this role is ideal for an hr professional who enjoys being close to operations and building strong relationships on the shop floor. The position will have a key role in supporting the site through both strategic and hands‑on hr initiatives.
key responsibilities
* managing employee relations and labor law matters, particularly within unionized environments.
* driving talent management and organizational development in a manufacturing or operational context.
* leading recruitment and onboarding for both operational and salaried employees.
* tracking and managing hr kpis such as turnover, absenteeism, and compliance indicators.
* collaborating closely with production, ehs, and finance teams to support people initiatives and employee engagement at the site.
* around 2–5 years of experience in an hr managerial or hrbp role.
* solid experience in manufacturing or plant environments.
* hands‑on, people‑oriented, and comfortable working close to operations.
* motivated to continue growing professionally within a dynamic, international organization.
