We are now expanding our presence in latin america and seeking a high-performing sales manager in mexico to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships. Key responsibilities: · manage and grow sales with existing customers while actively developing new leads and prospects in mexico. · promote and sell freemen nutra’s ingredient portfolio using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach. · understand customer needs and provide product recommendations aligned with market trends and technical requirements. · build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (r&d, purchasing, senior management). · prepare clear and effective proposals, quotations, and commercial documents. · collaborate with internal teams (product management, logistics, quality, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution. · monitor competitors, market dynamics, and opportunities for new products or applications. · handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism. · maintain accurate records of activities and pipelines in crm/erp systems. · attend key industry events, trade shows, and customer visits. Requirements: · bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus. · minimum 5 years of b2b sales experience, ideally in nutritional ingredients, food & beverage, or dietary supplement industries. · proven experience in account management, business development. · familiarity with crm/erp systems and excellent command of microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, outlook). · strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment. · ability to work effectively across cultures with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. · high level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
