*about the role*:
we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical financial accountant to join our finance team. As a financial accountant, your goal will be to provide support and assistance in various administrative, accounting, and financial tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the company.
*responsibilities*:
- manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- assist in budget preparation and control administrative expenses.
- reconciliation of income, expenses, and bank transactions for group companies.
- work in odoo for accounting processes to generate financial statements.
- support monthly cash flow reports, financial closing, and income reporting.
- cash flow projection for the month.
- support in human resources management, attendance tracking, vacation control, and general incidents.
- administration of the organization's technological equipment.
- participate in department projects such as government support, external audits, transfer pricing studies, and more.
- assist in coordinating and organizing administrative and operational activities in general.
*requirements*:
- bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
- previous experience of one year in a similar position.
- ability to work in an organized and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks according to urgency.
- advanced skills in office tools, such as microsoft office.
- excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- good ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
*desirable*:
- experience in odoo or any erp
- experience in agile and high-growth companies.
- knowledge of nif (mexican financial reporting standards)
