amazon mexico is launching a new program to scale vendor management worldwide, and we are seeking dynamic and talented associates to participate in implementing this program in mexico. Associates will be responsible for developing business relationships with vendors and providing operational support to both vendors and vendor managers.
key job responsibilities
* this position is for a catalog lead in the merchandising team, primarily supporting amazon events and marketing campaigns.
* work with vendors to ensure they operate efficiently using our tools.
* drive operational metrics effectively, meet slas, and exceed ambitious business goals by engaging with vendors and internal partners in mexico.
* suggest process improvements and assist internal teams in implementing them (kaizen projects).
* execute tasks aimed at increasing selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue, and reducing costs for our customers.
basic qualifications
* bachelor's degree
* experience with microsoft office products and applications
* 6-12 months of working experience
* fluent in spanish and english, both written and spoken
preferred qualifications
* over 1 year of sales or account management experience
