for a leading company in mexico city, we are seeking a microsoft dynamics functional consultant to join our team. This role involves working in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site work. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting microsoft dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on retail check-out processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in ls central and lspay, and will collaborate with clients to analyze, design, configure, and implement solutions that enhance point-of-sale and payment processes in retail settings

what you will do?
* lead the implementation and support of microsoft dynamics 365 solutions, particularly in retail check-out environments
* analyze and document client business processes to propose solutions aligned with their needs
* configure, customize, and optimize ls central and lspay to integrate store payment functionalities
* collaborate with it teams and key users to integrate point-of-sale systems with other platforms like erp and crm
* provide second-level functional support, resolving issues related to retail check-out, ls central, and lspay
your skills
* proficiency in english is required to effectively communicate with international teams and clients
* a bachelor's degree in systems, engineering, administration, or a related field is essential
* minimum of 3 years of experience as a microsoft dynamics 365 functional consultant, preferably in retail projects
* strong knowledge of ls central and lspay is necessary for successful solution implementation
* experience in retail check-out projects, focusing on point-of-sale processes, is crucial
