the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing good professional relationships with business units and collaborating with department managers to achieve best-in-class results.
* key responsibilities:
o drive the safety culture and set an example for site personnel.
o establish strong working relationships with business units and collaborate with department managers.
o lead all entities of the plant in collaboration with department managers.

o foster a focus on business results, achieving annual productivity targets, and setting longer-term directions.
o collaborate with business units on cost management and productivity improvement initiatives.
o develop and implement plans to improve productivity, including pipeline management, fluctuating demand, low order book visibility, labor availability, and component supply.
* customer focus:
o buil customer insight to understand customer requirements and embed this into the long-term strategic plan.
o deploy customer nps metrics and develop initiatives to meet customer expectations.
* people development:
o create an environment where openness, transparency, and business ethics are embedded throughout the organization.
o develop a performance-driven organization that focuses on people development, talent management, and engagement.
o inspire team members through challenge, development, coaching, recognition, and reward.
