Responsibilities Act as homeowners' primary point of contact, ensuring all maintenance needs are addressed promptly. Conduct initial property evaluations to understand maintenance needs and create tailored service plans. Arrange and oversee routine home maintenance, small repairs, and service appointments. Identify larger projects, define the initial scope, and elevate them to the appropriate team. Maintain constant communication with other departments to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Liaise with all parties involved in service delivery to guarantee a seamless experience for clients. Oversee a portfolio of 75‑100 properties, ensuring top‑tier service from both in‑house technicians and external vendors. Schedule Regular Schedule: 08:00 to 17:00 Mexico City time Daylight Savings: 07:00 to 16:00 Mexico City time Location This position is remote, but you’ll need to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
