the it monitoring specialist is responsible for the oversight, configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement of a leading employee monitoring and productivity tracking tool system. This role is key in supporting organizational performance goals and compliance obligations by analyzing productivity patterns, ensuring data integrity, aligning reporting practices with hr, legal and it strategies, and safeguarding employee data in accordance with internal policies and applicable privacy and labor regulations.
*responsibilities*:
- provide insights and recommendations to hr and compliance leadership based on trends and patterns observed in the data, highlighting risks related to data misuse, unfair performance evaluations, or potential breaches of monitoring protocols.
- develop dashboards and custom reports that align with performance kpis and compliance requirements.
- act as the primary liaison between hr, legal, workforce for productivity monitoring-related topics.
- train and support supervisors and management on how to interpret and utilize productivity data responsibly and ethically, incorporating principles of non-discrimination, data minimization, and transparency in accordance with corporate compliance guidelines.
- propose improvements to increase efficiency, data visualization, and alignment with business goals.
- identify suspicious or non-compliant behavior and escalate to the department of legal & compliance.
- provide ad hoc reports for investigations or legal & compliance requests.
- develop and deliver presentations to various departments explaining how activtrak works, what it monitors, and how data is used.

- advanced english level
- scholar level: university
- skilled in excel, power bi, of other reporting tools
