Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative for the Americas to expand our market presence in the region (including Mexico, Argentina, the U.S., etc.), focusing on the low-voltage electrical and electrical contact industry (e.g., electrical contact materials). The adecuado candidate should possess strong market development capabilities, customer management experience, and industry insight to drive business growth in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
1、Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Americas, conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and perform investment research.
2、Plan and participate in industry exhibitions, technical summits, and brand promotion activities (e.g., trade magazines, technical seminars).
3、Identify and develop new clients in the low-voltage electrical/electrical contact industry (e.g., targeting competitors like Doduco, Heraeus, and Metalor) and drive major project implementation.
4、Handle customer negotiations, contract reviews, order follow-ups, and accounts receivable management to mitigate credit risks.
5、Coordinate with R&D;, logistics, and other departments to meet customer project requirements and optimize inventory and logistics costs.
6、Establish customer feedback mechanisms to enhance after-sales service quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a STEM field.
2、Around 3 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in the low-voltage electrical/electrical contact industry (e.g., silver alloy contacts, precious metal materials).
3、Fluent in English (working language).
4、Strong business negotiation, market analysis, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel frequently, resilient under pressure, and capable of independently driving projects to completion.
5、Chinese nationals with long-term residency in the Mexico,or foreign professionals (e.g., Indian, Bangladeshi) familiar with the Americas market.
6、Remote position based in Mexican industrial zones (preferably Monterrey or Mexico City), with regular coordination required with the China-based team.
Base Salary: $20,000 - $40,000/year;with commissions calculated separately.
