- responsible for payroll processing including conducting various calculation, quality check, banking, and reporting
- processes taxation, social security, and benefits administration ensures hr practices and policies are in compliance with corporate standards, statutory regulations and laws
- coordinates and executes the hr activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day hr operations and case management
- maintains data, including salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances

- handles inquiries from employees, hr, and other business team
- drives process continuous improvement, participates in projects and initiatives related to payroll and hr operations
- supports internal and external audits
*what makes you a good fit*:
- minimum of 5 years experience in payroll
- advanced english
- general knowledge in pension plan management, stock plan, loans, savings fund, severance payments, settlements, federal labor law, tax calculation, general calculation of incidents.
- sap
- good communication and organizational skills
