We are looking for a creative, proactive, and performance-driven social media manager with strong forex industry experience to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms.key responsibilities• manage, create, and publish 3–5 high-quality content pieces weekly across social media platforms. • manage and grow our social media presence across telegram, youtube, instagram, x (twitter), linkedin, and whatsapp. • plan, design, create, edit, and publish engaging content aligned with the company's business objectives and marketing goals. •develop and execute a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement. • create engaging and relevant posts, stories, reels, and educational content tailored to traders, partners (ibs), and forex audiences. • build and nurture active trader-focused online communities. • interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions professionally and promptly. • foster community growth by engaging with audience trends, discussions, and feedback. • manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including posting, engagement, monitoring, and moderation. • plan and execute campaigns focused on traders, ib partners, and forex education. • coordinate closely with sales and business development (bdm) teams to align social messaging and ensure successful campaign execution. • monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools such as meta insights, hootsuite, google analytics, and similar platforms. • generate monthly reports outlining campaign performance, kpis, audience insights, and recommendations for optimization. • stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates. • brainstorm creative and innovative ways to engage online audiences and produce high-performing content. • ensure all content reflects the company's brand voice, messaging, and positioning. • keep the brand ahead of competitors by leveraging timely trends and market opportunities.what we're looking for• forex industry experience is a must — experience managing social media content for a forex broker, trading platform, or financial services company. • proven portfolio showcasing successful and result-driven campaigns focused on: ・lead generation ・audience growth ・engagement ・conversions • demonstrated success growing a financial/trading audience organically by 5,000+ followers within 6 months. • experience converting social engagement into demo or live trading account sign-ups. • solid understanding of: ・forex trading concepts ・bonus promotions ・ecn spreads ・cashback campaign strategies ・trader psychology and engagement • strong understanding of major social media platforms and short-form content strategies. • proficiency in canva, meta business suite, hootsuite, capcut, or similar scheduling/content creation tools. • excellent copywriting and communication skills. • strong collaboration skills and ability to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.preferred candidate profile• proficient in spanish or portuguese, with fluent english communication skills. • strong understanding of the latam market and online trading communities. • creative mindset with strong attention to detail and branding consistency. • self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.important note!️ Kindly provide: •previous successful campaign cases •portfolio examples •real performance data and analytics results
