Creatunity llc is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented *phone sales manager* to join our vibrant team! In this key role, you will drive our phone sales initiatives, increase customer engagement, and lead a passionate sales team to achieve outstanding results.
*responsibilities*:
- manage and mentor a team of phone sales representatives, providing training and guidance to help them meet their sales targets.
- develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes that align with our business goals.
- analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance the sales process.
- oversee daily operations of the phone sales department, ensuring that representatives provide outstanding customer service.
- conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with team members.
- collaborate closely with the marketing team to align messaging and promotions with sales efforts.
- handle escalation and resolution of customer inquiries and complaints.
- prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
*requirements*:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- proven track record of achieving sales goals and enhancing team performance, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- strong analytical abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- proficient in g-suite and crm software.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
