about the role
this role combines deep technical expertise with leadership, driving scalable architecture, ensuring best practices, and mentoring a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key responsibilities
- architect and design solutions using *sfmc (journey builder, automation studio, content builder, mobile studio, data extensions)*:
- lead and mentor developers, including code reviews and technical guidance
- design scalable data models, segmentation strategies, and data hygiene processes
- develop and manage api integrations (rest/soap) with crm and external platforms
- build and optimize personalized customer journeys
- collaborate with marketing, it, and business stakeholders
- ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (gdpr, ccpa, can-spam)
- manage project timelines, resource allocation, and team workload
- define architectural standards and documentation
- contribute to marketing technology roadmap
*requirements*:
- 5+ years of experience in *salesforce marketing cloud (sfmc)*:
- proven experience leading teams and complex implementations
- strong expertise in:
- ampscript
- journey builder
- automation studio
- content builder
- data extensions
- mobile studio
- experience with *sql, ssjs, gtl, and api integrations*:
- experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects
- salesforce marketing cloud certifications (preferred)
- *advanced english (required)*
