your impact
as strategy sr analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
-lead growth terrains construction and continuous upkeep to ensure consumer needs are being mapped and met through new value propositions creation by leveraging internal and external data as well as new market trends to capture new business models
-create and develop new ventures business plan/value propositions (segment identification, concepts creation & validation, p/l management, budgeting, initial capital, business model, unit economics, performance kpis, forecast)
-design and deploy manufacturing processes to launch ventures
-create & implement new models of consumer needs/data acquisition and analysis for venture potential performance evaluation
-evaluate new market opportunities
-coordinate venture production activities for start-up (suppliers scouting, formulations)
-support on going ventures business plan (p/l management, budgeting, performance kpis, forecast)
-support design and development of new ventures models in addition to the labbi. (open innovation, start-ups)
-manage initial venture production activities (coman scheduling and commercialization process, pos, codes, sap, inventory management, pricing strategy) alongside bi operations and squad leader.
-lead contracts creation, follow up and upkeep for current and new ones.
who are we looking for?
education
-stem related career
experience
-1 to 2 years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation
-experience in manufacturing operating models, forecasting and p/l management (from early stages to scale up products)
-basic knowledge in agile and lean methodologies for project development (mvp / pivot / scrum minded)
-mid excel proficiency. 1-2+ years of practical experience of using excel for building and maintaining financial models
-english proficiency
-team management experience, driving solid work plans in partnership with multiple business areas
-excellent verbal and written communication capabilities, building and presenting "executive ready" deliverables
-projects ownership, being able to quickly understand new business, operating models and ensure end to end implementation.
-natural curiosity for learning / fast learner
-adaptability and flexibility to take on new roles during ongoing projects, depending on deliverables
-networks effectively and builds trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders across strategic projects
-statistical basic knowledge and how it translates into consumer ́s insights understanding
-social listening & e-com (desirable)
-experience in production management, logistics and purchasing (desirable)
-sap basic knowledge (desirable)
