a leading food manufacturer is seeking a technical training lead to implement standardized on-the-job training across manufacturing sites. The role involves developing certification pathways, coaching trainers, and collaborating with various departments to enhance workforce capabilities.
* developing and implementing standardized on-the-job training programs that align with the company's overall training strategy;
* coaching and mentoring trainers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality training sessions;
* collaborating with various departments, including operations, maintenance, and human resources, to ensure that training programs meet the needs of all stakeholders;
for this position, we require:
* a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education or training and development;
* at least 5 years of experience in training leadership in manufacturing;
* fluency in both english and spanish;
this position is based in ciudad juárez, at the san jeronimo plant.
