Como analista de logística, brindará soporte continuo, desarrollo y mejora de los datos, métricas y análisis de operaciones logísticas, principalmente para la región de ee. Uu. y canadá (usca). Este puesto respaldará la auditoría y el pago de fletes en el ámbito de gbs logistics. En este puesto, brindará soporte analítico, técnico y operativo para permitir el pago puntual a los transportistas a través de otm, us bank y otros métodos (futuro sap tm).
responsabilidades clave:
* asistir en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de las reglas de negocio y los requisitos de auditoría que se alinean con la unidad de negocio estratégica y el liderazgo de gbs logistics, a la vez liderar el análisis mensual de las operaciones logísticas principales.
* establecer vínculos con los transportistas y actuar como primer punto de contacto para problemas escalados relacionados con las cuentas por pagar; actuar como enlace entre gbs logistics y el departamento de contabilidad.
* mejorar los indicadores clave de rendimiento de la planta y desempeñar un papel clave en los proyectos de mejora continua. Utilizar la experiencia en el sector para mantenerse al día con el mercado, los clientes y la competencia, y utilizar esos datos para desarrollar el plan de negocios e identificar oportunidades de venta.
* documentar los procesos actuales, el desarrollo multifuncional de nuevos procesos y la documentación de los procedimientos operativos estándar (poe) sobre las prácticas de pago de fletes; revisar los datos de forma proactiva.
requisitos:
* licenciatura en administración de empresas, logística, gestión de la cadena de suministro, finanzas o formación equivalente.
* más de 3 años de experiencia en análisis de negocios en operaciones, logísticas, auditoría y pago de fletes o cadena de suministro.
* dominio de excel y gestión de bases de datos; se valora especialmente la experiencia con power bi.
* se requiere un inglés fluido para ejecutar el trabajo con comunicaciones escritas y verbales.
* conocimientos en sap/ oracle. (deseable)
