the main activities for this position are:

* be able to handle a high volume of incoming calls. This person will be the first point of contact.
* process work orders through crm.
* provide knowledgeable answers to homeowners about hoa rules, architectural reviews, accounting questions, billing, maintenance, etc.
* handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
