This role ensures immersive, clear, and high-quality experiences for our audiences while upholding the highest standards of technical execution, safety, and artistic vision.key responsibilitiesdesign and implement technical infrastructure for audio and lighting in live shows.operate and program digital audio and lighting consoles during performances.lead and coordinate the technical crew during setup, rehearsals, and shows.oversee equipment installation, testing, and teardown.manage preventive and corrective maintenance of all technical systems.create technical specifications and riders for events and special projects.maintain and control inventory of audio and lighting gear.ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and protocols.collaborate with production, artistic direction, and logistics teams to meet show requirements.requirementsbachelor’s degree in audio engineering, music production, sound technology, or related field (extensive proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).5–7 years of experience in technical production for live entertainment: concerts, festivals, theme parks, theater, or large-scale corporate events.advanced knowledge in:operation of digital consoles (yamaha, midas, avid, allen & heath, etc.).microphones and wireless systems.audio signal routing and protocols (dante, aes/ebu, madi).acoustic design software (ease, smaart live, soundvision).stage and architectural lighting design, fixtures, and dimmer systems.timecode-based synchronization for multimedia shows.what we offeran exciting opportunity to join a creative and innovative team at the forefront of live entertainment in latin america.
