· bachelor of science degree in structural engineering (ms preferred).
· minimum 5 years of structural design analysis with aluminum and steel structures.
· must be a self-starter, with demonstrated autonomy, able to handle unexpected events and take advantage of opportunities to achieve results to meet and exceed expectations
· must perform as a flexible team member and be a proficient leader and developer of technical people
· must be able to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization
· excellent verbal and written communications
· root cause analysis
· working knowledge of finite element analysis and related software
· proficient in excel, word and powerpoint autocad, autodesk inventor or solidworks
qualifications
· proficient with structural design analysis programs; risa-3d, sap2000, staad…etc.
· high knowledge of us building codes and design manuals.
· high experience working with latest autocad and microsoft office packages.

· ability to work with multiple projects and flexible to change tasks with short time notice.
· excellent communication and leadership skills.
· coordinate products shop drawings, manufacturing, installation, support, and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and design requirements.
· generates autocad details based on conceptual sketches or needs to develop custom design to meet the needs of the customers.
· assumes additional related responsibilities and duties as assigned by management
