job description:
the shipping analyst will monitor and analyze the area's kpis, providing support in daily operations while ensuring timely deliveries to our customers and driving continuous improvement within the department. This role also involves a strong commitment to meeting customers' quality and service expectations, as well as ensuring compliance with current regulations applicable to the food industry. Additionally, the analyst is responsible for promptly informing their direct leader or the quality department about any potential or actual risk situations.
key responsibilities include:
* maintain a record of each shipment ( for 5-year period).
* manage the purchase of security seals for transport units, and control their inventory and allocation.
* oversee the documentation process related to oea requirements for seals and shipping.
* placing service complaints and following up on their closure at the request of corrective actions.
* generate documents for each shipment, send them to external warehouses, and deliver physically to the internal warehouse.
* require coas for shipments and deliver to the warehouse.
* control and monitoring of the otif indicator.
* generate shipment report.
* generate a ranking of orders in time.
* support on operational issues in the shipping area.
* provide support in daily shipment logistics.
* continuous improvement in the shipping area (controls, reports, etc.).
* comply with the company's rules and regulations and take care of its facilities.
* carry out activities as assigned and support other plant departments when required.
* actively participate against unsafe acts and conditions.
about you:
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
* minimum experience of 1 year in supply chain.
* proficient in microsoft office suite, teams, and windows operating systems.
* intermediate level of english.
