You will work closely with the cfo and board, gaining exposure to strategic finance, m&a, funding, and long-term value creation.design and strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks partner with operating company finance leads and senior management support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning at group level participate in m&a, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration act as a key deputy to the cfo with increasing strategic responsibility8–12+ years of progressive finance experience, including group consolidation ~ qualified accountant (aca, acca, cpa, or equivalent) ~ leadership mindset with clear ambition to step into a cfo role within 2–4 years
