as a *trade marketing coordinator *you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
your responsibilities will be:
- to implement and track trade marketing programs for retailers with commercial and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brand/category presence
- carry out specific trade marketing programs, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity
- report sales needs and field intelligence to trade marketing manager and commercial / marketing teams
- monitor and improve processes to better link marketing and commercial activities
- manage budget and roi for his/her specific trade marketing activities
- manage the social and community component of digital marketing campaigns
*who you are*:
- bachelor's degree required, preferably in commercial, marketing or business
- 3-4 years' experience in trade marketing roles or similar
- capacity to builds on categories shopper insights, benchmark and analyze market, consumers & competitors
- capacity to adapts brand distribution strategy, collaborates across functions
- conducts win-win negotiation, masters brand selling scenarios
