A successful incumbent is expected to i) develop automated control systems for equipment and electrical designs, this include integrate, sensors, vision systems, robots, actuators, cylinders, hmi, plc program, ii) create equipment documentation (such as electrical schematics, work instructions for pm and cm, boms, manuals, ast, tpm), iii) prepare reports, diagrams and technical charts to document efficiency of production machinery, preventive and corrective maintenance history; analyze trends and recommend improvements. Knowledge, skills, and abilities: strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communications and presentation.intermediate programming skills for plc leader (allen bradley, siemens, mitsubishi, omron), hmi (allen bradley, automation direct, siemens, omron). Intermediate programming skills for vision systems (cognex, keyence omron).intermediate programming skills for robots (epson, fanuc, ur universal).proficient with microsoft office tools (office & sharepoint and ms project professional). Ability to work cross-functionally and to learn and adapt to new business processes, technologies, and environments. Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Intermediate knowledge in computer cad, solidworks, schematic, and mechanical drawing. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical tools (know wiring color codes). Intermediate experience using hand tools such as screw drivers, wrenches, drill bits, and a drill taper. Intermediate knowledge in pneumatic, electric, mechanical, electronic, hydraulic gadgets.
