Job title: sales ambassador

this role focuses on cultivating a customer base of veterinary clinics and hospitals, building sales revenue, market share, and brand endorsements.

the ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to persuade, negotiate, and close deals. They will also possess excellent time management skills, strategic planning abilities, and the capacity to handle budgets effectively.

we are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about pets and has a strong desire to grow and build a territory.

* responsibilities:
* develop and manage a customer base of veterinary clinics and hospitals, driving sales growth, market share, and brand recommendations.
* ensure comprehensive coverage and execution of business strategies, to drive sales revenue, market share, and brand endorsements.
* promote and merchandise products and services, implementing effective programs where applicable.
* educate customers through in-depth detailing and seminars on the economic and nutritional value of pet diets and products.
* contribute to pets' well-being by driving endorsement of our products.
* develop creative customer-specific strategies and joint plans to achieve results, based on customer analysis.
* leverage commercial and professional programs to drive product experience, awareness of formulation and taste, and generate professional endorsement, improving sales and market share in the clinic.
* roll out new product launches and detail products to clinic staff, leading to increased in-store presence and market leadership for all products.
* perform other duties as assigned.

required skills and qualifications:

* bachelor's degree completed.
* valid driver's license.
* at least 2 years of experience in sales/commercial areas or veterinary hospital experience.
* excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
* strong selling skills with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
* excellent time management, strategic planning, and budget handling skills.
* a strong passion for pets and a desire to grow and build a territory.
