Job title: account manager

we are seeking a seasoned account manager to join our team, responsible for driving business development and brand promotion across multiple markets. This role involves developing sales strategies, cultivating local clients, and expanding potential business opportunities to achieve company performance and profit goals.

key responsibilities:

* brand product sales & promotion:
* responsible for the sales and brand management of hp-branded ssd and dram products in various markets;
* promote sales of acer and predator dual-brand ssd/dram/memory card products;
* develop lenovo-branded ssd business to increase brand market share and visibility.

market & customer development:

* actively explore potential business opportunities, including new clients, channels, distribution partners, projects, and bidding opportunities;
* understand regional market characteristics and industry trends, and formulate corresponding sales strategies.

customer relationship & maintenance:

* maintain good communication and cooperation with existing clients, assist in solving sales and technical issues, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty;
* regularly collect local market intelligence and propose constructive suggestions and strategic adjustments.

sales & profit achievement:

* responsible for formulating and executing quarterly and annual sales plans to ensure achievement of sales and gross margin targets;
* analyze sales data, track performance, and manage budgets.

channel & regional operations:

* familiarity with one or more of the following market channels is a plus: indonesia, the philippines, japan, south korea, thailand, the middle east, europe, etc.;
* establish and maintain good cooperation with local agents, distributors, and retailers to enhance brand coverage.

qualifications:

* bachelor's degree or above, majoring in international trade, marketing, information technology, electronics, or related fields is a plus;
* at least 3 years of experience in international business or brand channel sales, preferably with a background in it hardware or storage product sales;
* familiarity with ssd, dram, memory card product features and markets is preferred;
* good command of english in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate fluently with international clients;
* proactive, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and adapt to cross-cultural work environments;
* willing to travel overseas occasionally to support business expansion needs.
