The traffic manager needs to be very organized and detail-oriented. As a traffic manager, you will be expected to lead people and teams under tight deadlines and will need to be cool under pressure. You should be a people person, as much of your daily duties will revolve around interaction with different members of each department. You should be good at problem-solving, and also be proficient in traffic management software.
*key responsibilities*:
- daily management of projects and account handling
- reporting on project status, workloads and accounts
- providing timely communication between relevant departments including digital, accounts and creative
- leading and coordinating campaigns from initial stages through to delivery
- ensuring the stages of the project are met according to the client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
- monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
- analyzing campaigns to report on visitor data and user experience
- managing campaign resources and updating key stakeholders on requirements and supply
- working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems
building effective relationships with key departments and clients
- managing daily schedules
- overseeing project resources and assisting with the management of freelance requirements and bookings
- analyzing campaign data
*about you*:
- ask production team members for revisions with an eye for story, timing, audio, and client branding requirements
- exceed quality expectations in all formats whether it be 2d animation, 3d animation, playables, or ugc live shoots
- jump in for brainstorming for new concepts and ideation pitches.
- oversee digital video campaigns from storyboards through to production, edits, and delivery
- keep track of deadlines and push for client feedback and internal production revisions.
Pay: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
