position responsibilities
* direct daily credit, collections and cash application operations, ensuring strong performance and high-quality customer service.
* collaborate with internal departments and leadership to shape strategy and drive process improvements.
* develop and implement credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
* monitor internal audits to assess workflows and individual performance, identifying coaching opportunities.
* mentor and onboard new team members, reinforcing a positive company culture and efficient operations.
minimum requirements
* bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
* bilingual (english / spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
* 10+ years of relevant work experience with 7+ years of proven leadership experience.
* previous experience with a u.s. owned company preferred.
