*what will you do?

- implement product engineering initiatives efficiently, under corporate policies, procedures, and specifications to produce within the parameters of quality and target cost.
- support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on the production line.
- collaborate with all departments of the plant to find the root cause and solution of problems related to design, quality, suppliers, product, or process.
- promote design for manufacturability philosophy and simplify complex specifications into logical design requirements.
- participate in design reviews and project communication, representing engineering in cross-functional activities.
*what we look for*:
- required: bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role, preferably in industrial refrigeration.
- ability to travel 5 to 10%.
- preferred: experience with autocad and/or solidworks.
- hvac or manufacturing experience is a plus.
