we are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and success in our regions. As a regional managing director, you will be responsible for leading regional operations, including budgeting, financial reviews, and staff management.
your key objectives will include:
* developing and implementing strategies for franchise development, sales growth, and market share improvement in assigned regions.

* maintaining brand standards, laws, and regulations.
to excel in this role, you will need:
* a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
* 10+ years of operations leadership experience in multi-unit, franchise organizations.
* experience leading cross-functional teams, recruiting, training, and evaluating performance.
* strong communication, presentation, and financial analysis skills.
* fluency in english and other major regional languages.
you can expect a normal office or home-office environment with minimal physical discomfort. However, you may be required to work in company/franchise stores, supplier kitchens, research facilities, and non-traditional venues. Frequent travel by airplane, automobile, or train within international markets is also expected.
