Rompa mexico is looking for a project engineer to lead the implementation of manufacturing processes, coordinate new project launches, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of customer programs.
main responsibilities
• lead physical implementation of manufacturing processes.
• participate in apqp, ppap, tooling follow-up, and validations.
• coordinate timelines and communication with customers.
• prepare and maintain complete apqp documentation.
• work closely with production, maintenance, tooling, quality, and engineering.
requirements
• mechanical, industrial engineering, or related degree.
• 3+ years in automotive manufacturing, process, or program launches.
• knowledge in plastic injection, apqp, ppap, core tools, and gd&t.
• intermediate–advanced english.
• willingness to travel.
