Job title: administrative intern
this role involves providing administrative support to various departments across the organization, including human resources, facilities and security coordination.
main responsibilities include:
* scheduling and coordinating training sessions for new hires and existing staff members.
* maintaining accurate records and files in both digital and physical formats.
* performing clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, scanning and filing documents.
* supporting onboarding logistics for new employees, including documentation, checklists and scheduling.
* assisting with employee engagement events and activities.
required qualifications:
* pursuing a bachelor's degree in administration, human resources or a related field.
* proficiency in microsoft office applications (excel, outlook, word).
* accurate data entry skills.
* familiarity with entering data into structured forms or database fields.
* strong attention to detail, organizational skills and follow-through.
* clear written and verbal communication skills.
* bilingualism in spanish and english (intermediate level or higher).
preferred qualifications and skills:
* experience with document control or hris tools.
* knowledge of basic accounting and clerical support principles.
