at joffroy partners, we're looking for a marketing & growth associate to support the visibility and growth of our architecture and interior design studio.
this is an entry-level position ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys marketing, design, and the creative industry. The role focuses on supporting the studio's digital presence and helping prepare materials that support new business opportunities.
you will work closely with the leadership team and gain exposure to both marketing and business development within the architecture industry.
what you'll do
social media & content
o assist in managing the studio's social media presence
o help plan and schedule content showcasing our projects and design work
o coordinate with the team to gather material for posts (images, project information)
marketing materials
o support the preparation of presentations and marketing materials
o assist in creating simple visual assets for social media and proposals
o help maintain consistency in the studio's branding and communications
business development support
o research potential clients, developers, or collaborators
o assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations
o help organize and track opportunities or leads
what we're looking for
o degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field
o 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or design
o interest in architecture, interior design, or creative industries
o basic skills in tools such as canva, adobe, or figma
o organized and proactive mindset
o strong written communication skills
o english preferred.
