Job descriptionwe are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven accountant to join our growing finance team. This role supports core financial operations by maintaining accurate finance systems and ensuring compliance with gaap and internal controls.the ideal candidate has a strong foundation in financial reporting, reconciliations, and revenue tracking, with a drive for continuous process improvement.take full responsibility for the finance and accounting activities with declaration, including gst/vat, isr, iva, ispt, diot, imss, infonavit, afore, p/l and b/s, bank reconciliation, ledger, monthly & year-end closing financial reports, accounts schedules, each accounts balance details and analysis, capital expenditures, insurance issue.formulate and implement financial control and relative finance policies and procedures within the organization.oversee daily finance operations (ar, ap, settlement, payment, fixed assets, gl, expenses, cash flow management, bank statement).internal control and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely and complete year end statutory audit and tax submission.liaise with bank, auditors (internal and external), tax agent, notary and relevant government authorities.required skills and qualificationsbachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.3+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles.native or bilingual proficiency in spanish & english (cefr c1 or above).strong knowledge of gaap, financial statements, and accounting systems.experience in a manufacturing or high-volume environment preferred.excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.proficient in microsoft excel and erp systems; experience with sap is a plus.benefitsothers
