we're looking for a motivated and resourceful business development representative (bdr) to help drive the agency's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and generating qualified sales opportunities.

*what you'll do*
- identify and engage decision-makers at companies that fit our ideal client profile.
- qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their business goals, marketing challenges, and growth objectives.
- schedule discovery meetings and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- conduct market and industry research to uncover new target accounts and business opportunities.
- maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the crm.
- collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- represent totko agency professionally during meetings, networking events, and industry conferences when applicable.
*what we're looking for*
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or a related role.
- experience selling marketing services, advertising solutions, saas, or other b2b services is highly preferred.
- fully bilingual english and spanish, with professional-level written and verbal communication skills.
- experience using crm platforms, linkedin sales navigator, prospecting tools, and sales automation software.
- strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- ability to handle rejection, stay persistent, and consistently generate new opportunities.
