Responsibilities
as an account manager, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution, proactive communication, and a consistently high-quality experience.
* build and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention

* oversee the preparation and delivery of client reports, updates, and presentations
* proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* manage account budgets and ensure financial targets are met
* conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance and align on future strategies
* mentor and support junior team members, contributing to team performance and development
